It was really wonderful birthday. I had a lovely breakfast with”Miellerie honey”and “LONGLEY ORGANIC FARM - BLACK BERRY JAM“ from Tasmania. Thank you bek to send such a beautiful taste. While I made a mountain of little pan cakes,my husband grounded coffee beans, boiled hot water, and made nice coffee. Our team work! Not so bad. I added side dish plate with bamboo shoots and fresh herbs picked from our garden in the morning. Beautiful!
誕生日の朝は、タスマニアから届いた蜂蜜とジャムで。小さなパンケーキをたくさん焼きました。お庭から摘みたてフレッシュハーブを添えたおかずプレート(タケノコ)も添えて、2人ではんぶんこ。このところ、私がパンケーキを焼きはじめると、夫がふらりと隣にきて豆を挽き、珈琲をいれてくれるようになりました。パンケーキが焼きあがる頃に、ちょうど全ての準備が整うという、なかなかのチームワーク。
蜂蜜とジャムを贈ってくれたのは、タスマニア大学院の同級生のベックです。ありがとねー！
