3.11 黙祷 Silent prayer.

一年がたとうとしています。

３月１１日の今日、各地で追悼式典やイベントがひらかれているであろう日本に

私は今年もおらず、海外からになりますが

遠くからでもせめて、黙祷を捧げたいと思います。

すべての魂に

平和で穏やかなるときを

Silent prayer.
I'm going to pause for a moment of silence along with the citizens in Japan, according to the time of occurence of the earthquake on 11th March last year.
One year has passed. I wish peace and calm moments for all souls who suffered by the earthquake.

雑誌“fratto”vol.14 に、ちょこっと文章を書かせてもらいました。だいぶ生っぽい、素の私のきもちが そのまま詰め込んだります 。読んでくれるとうれしいです。ちなみに表紙はタスマニアのこども…６歳のソフィーちゃんの描いた絵ですぜひ手にとってみてくださいな。アマゾンからも注文できるようです。

I wrote an article on magazine which is now on sale in Japan. "Letters which delivered by breeze tell us the life of each individuals after 3.11-The great earthquake and tsunami in Japan-" in "fratto"vol.14.
My honest voice from the bottom of my heart is written on the paper. The article title is "the letter from Tasmania". The cute picture on the cover page of the magazine is drew by little girl in Tasmania. Her name is Sophia, 6 years old. I would be very happy if you read my essay, although it is written in Japanese. You could get through amazon.

非被災地でさえ、どうしたらいいか分からない焦りと不安で消耗する人は多い。

There might be no Japanese who don't care about the 3.11 after we saw the painful scenery.
So many people have shocked, although some of them live in the safe area where had no physical damages.  Impatience and anxiety.  People forced to face and deal one of the most difficult situation. We found that some people start to take action by bit by bit, one by one. Someone for just cuddle, someone to pray. This magazine shows the subsequent news from those people who takes action.



思いもかけず、情け容赦もなく、すべてを一瞬で奪い去られるとき、
ひとが守れるものは、結局のところ
この両腕に限られているのではないだろうか?と、思い至る。
地震、津波、それに続く原発事故。
痛ましい光景を目にしながら、わたしたちは3月11日以後、
“人は何によって生きるのか”という本質的な問いに晒され続けている。
自分の身の回りにあるもの、そして与えられた限りある時間の中で、
何を選び、何を守って生きていくのか。
たとえ遠い地にあっても、3月11日以降と以前とでは、
変わらずに生きることは難しいのかもしれない。

同じように戸惑いのなかにあって、隣人はなにを想うのだろう。
迷いながらも自分にできることを探し、手を差し伸べようとする人。
自分の暮らしを見つめ直した人。
それはどれもがひとつの答え、そしてひとつの祈りに違いない。

それぞれの3月11日以後。
その後の便りを解き開いてみる。

Everything has been steal away in a instant and it  lead the idea; after all, what we can protect  might be limited, it could be only small little things we can grab by our own hands.
The Earthquake,  the tsunami and the subsequent nuclear plants accident.
We have been questioning ourselves - it is a essential question "What do we live by?" "How would we live?" - while seen pitiful site since 3.11. What we should choose to protect in such a limited situation? It could be quite difficult to live without any changes of our mind, lifestyle or thought.

Imagine what is the thought or feeling of your neigbours who are in similar situation as you with anxiety and confusion. Someone has been looking for something they can contribute to help other people, despite they are in trouble too. Those everything could be one of the answer, and it would be one of the pray as well at the same time.

We were on the TV news and news paper! テレビニュースと新聞デビュー！？

Wednesday morning, I was at PX cafe with my brother who had came to Tasmania few days ago to have his holiday. Our purpose is not only having a cup of coffee but also reading newspaper. Look! We were on newspaper! Guess what!? We were on the Southern cross TV news as well. How exciting it is! Especially for my brother. My brother was on the TV news and newspaper, although his holiday is pretty short; less than one week, and this is his first visit.
水曜日の朝、タスマニアに遊びに来ていた弟とPXカフェにて。ここにきた目的は、朝の珈琲を楽しむことはもちろんだけど、実は新聞をチェックするため。ほら見て見て！私たちほら、新聞にのっちゃってます！信じられる？なんと昨夜のサザンクロステレビのニュースにもでちゃったんです。もう大興奮。とくに私の弟ときたら、一週間に満たない滞在期間、そのうえこれが初めてのタスマニア訪問なのに、テレビと新聞どっちにもデビューしちゃうなんて。

We didn't expected we would be on he TV news or neither news paper. It was surprising.
When we visited Hagley Farm Primary School on Tuesday, TV camera and reporter had already been there and ready to do interview. Again, I was so surprised.
My brother went to news agency and bought 15 news paper to give family and friends in Japan. He was so excited and me too. Seeing ourself on news, it could never happen again. It could be one of the most unforgettable experiment. Any way, I will put copy of the article and Japanese translation.
テレビや新聞のニュースにでるだなんてちっとも予想してなかった。ほんとうに驚いた。
火曜日にハグレイファーム小学校を訪問したとき、そこにはもうテレビカメラとリポーターが待っていたんです。もう一回言うけど、びっくりした。
弟はニュースエージェンシーに行って、１５部も新聞を買ってきた。日本の家族や友達に配るために。弟はすごく興奮して喜んでたみたいだし、私もだい興奮していた。だって、自分たちをニュースでしかもテレビと新聞と両方で見るなんて、もう二度とないことかもしれない。忘れられない経験だ。とにかく、新聞記事のコピーとその日本語訳をのせておきます。

Kindness thrills Japanese children.
Hagley Farm Primary School prep and grade 1 pupils have seen first-hand how a small gesture can reach a long way.
After hearing of the devastation caused by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan in March, with their teacher Carolyn Guy the children wrote a short letter, made an envelops and coloured in pictures of koalas to send to their Japanese counterparts.
Those letters were delivered to one of the primary school in Onagawa in Miyagi by University of Tasmania student Masako Morita in July, and yesterday she returned to the school to show the children the joy they had brought to pupils in Japan.
“For months after the tsunami, still there are no buildings but the roads have been fixed,” Ms Morita said.
“I found it really hard to talk to the people but the good thing was that when I took the drawings to the primary school, the children just started talking and they were excited to be getting something from so far away and know that people were thinking of them.”
The trip was the first time the architecture student had returned to Japan since 2009, and although her home city of Toyohashi in Aichi was not directly affected by the natural disaster, she chose to deliver the letters to Onagawa because it had been a favorite family holiday destination.
As a member of the university’s Community Friends and Networks Program, Ms Morita was put in contact with the school by its co-ordinator Michelle Brownlea.
“We knew she was going home in the semester break and she was looking for things to take back, for well-wishes and this all just came together,” Ms Brownlea said.

日本のこどもたちにとどいたやさしさ
Hagley Farm Primary Schoolハグレイファーム小学校のプレップとグレード１の（幼稚園年長と小学一年生の）こどもたちは、彼らのその小さなジェスチャーが遥か遠くに届いたことを初めて目にした。
三月に日本でおこった地震、津波による被害を耳にしたあと、こどもたちはCarolyn Guy キャロリン　ガイ先生と一緒に、日本のこどもたちにむけて、短い手紙を書き、色を塗ったコアラの絵とともに封筒につつんだ。
この手紙は、七月、宮城県女川町のある小学校へ、タスマニア大学の学生、真子によって届けられた。そして昨日、彼女は日本の小学生が喜んでいたことを伝えるために戻ってきた。
 　「津波から四ヶ月経った今、道路は復旧していたけれど、建築物はまだたっていなかった。」とモリタさんは言った。
「町のひとと話すのは難しいなと感じた。だけど、私が小学校に絵を持っていくと、こどもたちは自然に寄ってきてお喋りをはじめ、そんなに遠くからものが届いたこと、遠くのひとが日本のこどもたちのことを考えてること知って驚いて、わくわくしたような顔をみせてくれた。」
今回の旅は、この建築学科の生徒にとって2009年にタスマニアに来て以来はじめての日本への帰国となった。彼女の出身地、愛知県豊橋市は直接の自然災害の影響はほとんどみられなかったが、彼女は家族で旅行した思い出の場所、女川に手紙を届けることにした。
大学のコミュニティーフレンドとネットワークプログラムのメンバーとして、モリタさんはMichelle Blownleaミシェル　ブラウンリを通じて小学校とコンタクトをとった。
「私たちは彼女が冬休みに家に帰ることを知っていたし、彼女があたたかい想いとともに持ち帰るものを探していたことも知っていました。そうしていろんなものごとがひとつになったんです。」とミシェルさんは言いました。

いまのところ私一人です。
そのうえ、火曜日に大学でプレゼンテーションがあって、午後六時まで
私は建築のキャンパスにいます。
なので、イベント開始さいしょの１時間、誰もひとがいなかったら
イベントブースに募金箱だけぽつーーんとある状態になります。
だれか、その場所にいてくれるだけでとても助かります。

募金は日本赤十字へ直接送ろうと思っています。

Japan is suffering by the biggest earth quake ever. My friends are now living in hard situation. Some of them have not been sure whether their loved one are safe. A lot of small earth quake have been occurred.  It must be so scary and painful.
